Founder-Funded Wyoming Mission
Founded by Morad Shaker and headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming, SGAPF operates through a founder-funded model and does not solicit public donations. Its international development is intended to advance carefully through documented needs and responsible cooperation.
International Cooperation
The foundation plans to work with veterinarians, universities, conservation organizations, communities, and appropriate public institutions while maintaining a distinct animal-protection mission within the broader Shaker humanitarian ecosystem.
